HR Hotline–Educational Services/Employee Surveys:


Our clients receive access to our H. R. consulting firm, Human Resource Guidance, LLC, for HR assistance, regular updates relating to benefit programs including: legislative changes, pricing fluctuations, benefit design updates, and carrier initiatives.  We recommend meeting with employees/insurance committees to assist and educate on all benefits, wellness, and cost/benefit relationship. Many employers wish to receive feedback on benefit plans, and we provide employee surveys to obtain this.  We sponsor client participation in seminars on COBRA, HIPPA, ERISA, and FMLA.

Claims/Service/Daily Administration:


We manage the benefit programs for you, which will minimize the effort required by your staff.  We handle enrollment/eligibility issues, contract amendments, billing issues.  Claims can be submitted through our office for efficient handling.  Our staff has more than 25 years of benefits experience, and has developed our service process, which results in professional, expedited service for your administrative staff and individual insured’s. We are available 24 hours.

Evaluation of Existing Benefit & Carrier Programs:


Our staff will provide a complete benefit and carrier evaluation of the existing benefits and verify if the current programs are in line with the company or school’s objectives and negotiated agreements.  We offer proactive solutions to all of your benefit needs. We provide expertise in Health, Medical Savings Accounts, Dental, Life, Disability, 401(k), Section 125, COBRA, HIPPA, Group Long Term Care, and a portfolio of voluntary coverage’s.

Request for Proposals (RFP Process):


Based on the evaluation, it may be necessary to expose the programs to the insurance markets.  Experienced staff manages the entire process for our clients, including writing and distributing the specifications, analysis of all proposals, and recommendations.  We provide a complete Benefit Portfolio to each client documenting our findings.  We currently work with over 40 insurance companies and organizations, to validate a complete market search.

Change of Carriers:


If the need exists to change carriers, we provide special handling to assist and make certain the process is as smooth as possible, and to verify all participants maintain coverage.

Renewals:


The long-term objective is to achieve renewals that are price neutral (stable).  We maintain all necessary data including rates, claims usage, benefits, and census histories for each program in our database, and negotiate favorable renewal results on your behalf.  We respect our clients’ budgets as if they were our own, with the goal of saving money.  Our influence of working with more than 150 group clients provide influence with the carriers and often result in premium decreases.  All renewal information is placed in the Benefit Portfolio, so each client will have a ready reference for each line of coverage.


We earn your business every day.  There is no fee for our services.  Each insurer compensates us for servicing you and your staff.
